“I’ve read Rebekah’s books and heard her speak and she’s wonderful hence why I was excited for this podcast. We all need to learn more about pausing and resting and being intentional with all areas of life. What I did not find beneficial/helpful was the second episode where “good nutrition” meant shopping organic at Whole Foods and eating “good” versus “bad” oils without specifying why they were good or bad or recommend portion sizes, the dose makes the poison, even water can be a poison if we over do it! Also Everything is a chemical, guess what that one ingredient apple you spoke of is made of? Chemicals. Just because it is a chemical doesn’t mean it’s bad, please don’t keep spreading this bad advice . Research shows nutrient content in organic versus non organic foods is the same moreso not everyone can afford Whole Foods or eat organic, I could go on about this but bottom line there was no facts just fear based nutrition recs and not one person on the podcast is a nutrition professional, no thank you, it’s a disservice to the masses listening, people are already confused on what they should eat and this just makes it worse giving guilt to people that are not able to eat this way, and if they can’t it’s OK they can still eat healthy not eating organic. Nutrition is not black and white and people who push that mentality have not done facts based research, also just because something is “natural” doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Many things in nature we are not meant to ingest.”
