Babble and Bombs - duds
The topics are interesting, but would be easier to follow if this couple didn't have side stories, dramatic interlude music, and jokes. Some of the jokes are extremely hurtful to the people, ethnicities, or choices of the characters in their recount of the history. The swearing feels very forced. In the beginning of the show it was minor, not acceptable but minor. Now, I think the confidence has increased and so has the swearing. it's a wierd mix of "I'm trying to be cool and liked" and "I'm confident this is what I should sound like but not in real life". it's awkward, andI can't listen with my kids, so I can't listen anymore because of so many other family friendly and better shows out there.Read full review »

The stories are great, the tangents are better, and we’re all singing along with the theme. If you’re not singing, you’re a liar.

Been listening for a while - but the Lorrie Morgan episode killed me. I had no idea about Fred Thompson - and I don’t think I will ever be the same again.
