“Before listening to this podcast, I felt that I had only a few people in my life who were in tune with their mind, body, soul, and spirit. I frequently found myself dimming the light of my intuition, and holding back out of fear of seeming different or not being accepted by others. I didn't have the courage to fully change my beliefs, regularly act on my intuition, or voice my needs/perspective/ideas.
I'm an avid listener of this podcast and can say that it honestly has had such a deep, resonant, and profound impact on my life, which has spilled and rippled into the lives of others ~women and men~ near and dear to me. This podcast has given me a feeling of a greater community, greater self-understanding, hope, confidence, and courage. So, so much courage ~and palpable resources~ to help, release, trust, expand, and tune in even more. There are so many moments where Meredith, or someone she's interviewing, either present a new perspective/self-care ritual/idea,etc. I've never heard before, or say/share something I've always been hesitant to express/dive into with others.
Thank you so much for spreading your light, sharing your wisdom, and offering your love and service to the world. People are listening, I am listening, and it is awakening femininity, love, care, courage, and light in so many women.
