“I was really hoping this podcast would fill in the time between The Moth's one story a week. Unfortunately, Risk goes for quantity over quality. The Moth's stories are very well chosen; they are moving and compelling. Risk stories are mostly uninspired, meandering - simply subpar. That's not to say there aren't a few gems thrown in. I appreciate what Kevin Allison is trying to accomplish but he is extremely annoying. The podcast would be much more listenable without having to hear Kevin between stories or the truly awful and irritating "songs" he plays solely because they use the word "risk." Kevin Allison is simply not a good enough editor to make this podcast worth downloading.”Read full review »
