How do you solve a problem like... the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal
Description
Coming up this week, how do you solve a problem like the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal. Not just the scandal itself, but the canary in a coalmine risks the scandal unveiled. Correction: During the episode, I refer to charges being laid against Volkswagen by the Department of Defence. This is an error. Charges were laid by the Department of Justice.
