I love the variety of content in these episodes. The ones that tackle covid 19 from a risk and historical perspective are my favorites. It’s so refreshing to listen to someone lay out the situation with no political agenda. Thanks for creating this content.

I’m a huge fan and follower of The Risktory Podcast. I’ve been working in critical infrastructure protection for 28 years. The content, preparation and delivery of the podcasts are well executed, insightful and enjoyable. Jacinthe A. Galpin does a wonderful job. I’ve listened to every Risktory...Read full review »

I really love this podcast. I can hear about historical events and influential individuals and consider the application of risk management all in an easily digestible format. Sometimes there are some details that are inaccurate. I can let that go, because each episode is more of a synopsis and...Read full review »

If you are curious about risk and about history you’ll be fascinated by this remarkable set of podcasts. Jacinthe is clear and articulate in her presentation and her range of topics is extraordinary. Some great historical insights and, for a risk manager like me, plenty of lessons to draw from....Read full review »

Claimed women played a subordinate role in ancient Egypt in the Cleopatra episode, not true at all. Turned off after that. You get something like that wrong, what site did you get wrong?

Really interesting content. During some podcasts certain phrases are said over and over again to the point I turned it off. It often sounds unnaturally formal even when something about a pun could be heard in jest. Almost too well rehearsed or read word for word

Stoners doing this on a whim about random crap that makes them giggle. Listen if that’s your level. One star for me.

Love these podcasts. The range of information is incredible, and it’s one podcast whose episodes I must hear more than once, and share with others. Thrilled to see the segment about Daisy Bates. Not enough is known about her, this was a thrill to find, so aptly done. Keep it up, each segment is...Read full review »

Overall- I enjoy the story telling and wit. But in the Fyre festival episode- information given wasn’t 100% accurate. Some of the important happenings were not correct or missing. Was Ja Rule associated with the previous Magnisis card fraud? In video clips of the two- they say they met after...Read full review »

In a style similar to Malcolm Gladwell, Jacinthe A. Galpin takes historical events and interweaves modern analysis of business risks and decision-making. Her stories are engaging and her analysis of the human decisions behind familiar events adds a new layer of understanding. Highly recommended!
