When the COVID pandemic started I was depressed and anxious (like everyone else). I would come home from the hospital and go for long walks with a podcast, hoping that exercise would take away those feelings. Listening to EFCITS made me laugh and feel connected. Fa’afetai lava!

Discovered this wee gem at exactly the right moment for my own journey. Absolutely love James’ gentle and empathetic interview style and the openness of all the guests. It’s uplifting and offers so much to reflect on. Can’t recommend it enough!

I normally can’t stand the sound of people eating, but in this case it’s ok! I appreciate how this keeps such a serious and important subject light and accessible.

Love these conversations that open up space to discuss mental health and resilience and hearing people speak with openness about their experiences.

Great podcast! James has a disarming frankness that brings out the honesty and vulnerability in his guests, in a good way :) His comedic background adds a bit of lightness to the otherwise heavy content as well. Subscribe! :)

This is such a great show! Love the hilariousness but it can get deep too. Humans talking about real stuff. Love it!

I thought the title was dumb and the shower was going to be even more dumb, but I was wrong. I can’t tell enough people about how much I love this.

Great conversations but always have to skip the eating sounds - amplified by a microphone is too much for me. Apart from that. Cool.
