It starts well, potentially interesting spy story. But it bogs down in details and there are many repetitions of segments over multiple episodes. Sometimes you wonder if you have accidentally skipped to a previous episode. And the theme music keeps being played; it gets to be the worst ear worm.

As one who lived in Wellington in the 70’s I found this series very evocative. It sounds like Rob Muldoon’s well known anti-Soviet paranoia was well founded. Good presentation with great personal insights. Kudos to all involved.

Great content and story telling. But there is no need to have such a long intro on any of the episodes after number one, taking five minutes to reintroduce the podcast is a waste of my listening time and has little value.
