Not So Rookie Anymore!
I've enjoyed listening to your podcasts from episode 1 and congrats on reaching 50! You guys have grown alot through this tenure and as a fairly new big game hunter myself residing in the Metro Vancouver area, I have appreciated hearing British Columbia related stories. I've been fortunate enough to hunt extensively in the East Kootenay's and in Namibia and look forward to hunting trips in other parts of BC in 2018. With a new interest in long range shooting I especially enjoyed your episode 49 featuring Reg Wales of Vortex Optics and will order his book. He is extremely well spoken (however I doubt his claim of no mathmatical skills) and his knowledge of superior optics makes him a valuable asset to Vortex and the rest of us in the hunting community. Lastly with 50 episodes under your belt you might have to change the name of your Podcast.... Sophomore Hunter :) . Keep up the great work and continued success!Read full review »
