The remarkable story of Karo Haltmeier from Kenthurst Rotary Club and her vision to build a small dental clinic in a remote village on the Sepik River, Papua New Guinea. The Bikers Hand is a group of motor bike enthusiasts who share a passion for charity rides and have a deep commitment to helping the homeless and individuals in need.
