Loved the story, the narrator is so condescending
I love the story and was glad it was told. I found the narrator to be extremely condescending. I wish this story was told by a different narrator. Normally I find pod cast narrators great the people and places with respect. It is very clear that this narrator thinks midwesterners are less than her.

This is a WI story that I didn’t know, surprising since I’m a lifelong Wisconsinite. Well-told and a fascinating story about a woman who broke the mold and was before her time in many ways. The podcaster, Vanessa is doing an ok job telling this story, however, it’s pretty biased. Also, the fact the she pronounces words such as hitting or kitten as “hidding” or “kidden” is really difficult to listen to.
