Description
2012 Olympic Steeplechaser Bridget Franek joins us for another episode of Run The Globe. Bridget was a National Champion in the Steeplechase while attending Penn State University, but is most notably known for her appearance in the steeplechase as a member of Team USA in the 2012 Summer Olympics. In this episode Bridget discusses the challenges she has encountered throughout her running career as well as her experience in the London Olympics. In addition, she brings focus to the number one mistake that runners tend to make.
In this episode Mark and I catch up and address our diet, Mark’s Coaching journey, and the beauty of compound interest. This is a new type of bonus episode that Mark and I plan to release once a month.
