Absolutely loved this podcast. It was so amazing to learn from people who have so much experience in this field, especially for someone like me who is still young in running journey. I also liked that a lot of the content is scientific-based rather than anecdotal. Keep up the awesome work :)

Your episode description of the first three weeks of running you cite your guests “full Marathon” time. It is actually just Marathon. There is a Marathon of 26.2 miles and a half marathon of 13.1. That’s all. No Full.
