Chris and Steve do a great job starting every episode with some running and track and field current events. I never followed the sport, but now find myself looking for events to watch.
The meat of the podcast though, is the part dedicated to running advice. I learned so much from this podcast and use what I learned every day in my running. The training principles can be used by just about anyone across the 5k to marathon disciplines. This podcast gave me the ability to make myself a running athlete that can now train for specific goals. I couldn’t be more happy I stumbled upon this podcast a year ago.”
