“I found this podcast while looking for some morning mental warm-up in prep for my runs and to accompany a new running program. I use this podcast (particularly the older episodes) to help my mental prep, as well as provide great info for my training program. I’m an intermediate level runner who is not a HS or collegiate runner - I played other sports and got into lifting sports, rather than running. This is a great podcast for those needing something to get them in the right headspace - but I do fast forward through most of the current event talks, since this is not a sport I follow yet.”
