Best out there
This podcast has played a big role in making running a bigger part of my life. The running principles espoused have improved my training and performance and kept my interest fresh. I’ve developed a huge interest in track and field as a sport, rooting for people whose name meant nothing to me a year ago when I started listening. I hear new and fresh ideas and perspectives regularly (even if I don’t always agree with them) Most importantly to me hearing how the struggles, the triumphs, the ups and downs of elite level athletes actually mirrors my own experience (minus the elite label 😉) really makes me love running more. Can’t recommend enough.
