Excellent Podcast
I’ve just started running again after long medical treatment and major surgery to correct rare condition. Did my first half and full marathon under doctor’s guidance and pace limitations, and as an excited runner have devoured the internet for information regarding training and gear😂 I tried a simple basic and easy plan for my training and find your podcast among the best! Your training principles are excellent and very applicable to all levels of runners! Your suggestions make sense for my goals in running for enjoyment and for seeking improvement. Even for an older runner like myself just seeking self improvement, I find your training principles are applicable and definitely working for me! Thank you for putting out an excellent podcast! Aloha! Alan
