Finally a good running podcast
Doing Landsend to John O’Groats and needed some distraction and motivation and found these podcasts. Don’t normally listen to running programs as they all the same and boring but this is different. Interesting and entertaining, lost my mojo after Lockdown due to coronavirus because I was isolating and lost fitness; with all races cancelled I lost motivation for training and I have PTSD so I need running for my mental health. Decided to set myself anew challenge and doing LEJOG whilst listen to podcasts and found these and I can honestly say I’m starting to enjoy my running again.

More reviews of RunPod
But a little disappointed this week as much as Keith’s a nice chap. Someone who has no interest in running is not what I want to hear when I’m out running ☹️ please not to many non runners 🙏🏻 or running pod will turn in to just another chat show

I loved listening to this podcast with Peter Andre. It was refreshing to hear that he was happy running shorter distances. I also enjoyed the fact that he shared how his running journey started and also how he inspired his brother on the treadmill!

5k
I don’t normally listen to anything while I run. However for the first time this morning I listed to the Giovanni Fletcher podcast and I was inspired! I’m trying so hard to do 5k in 30mins and it took 30mins 8 seconds this morning!! I’ll definitely be listening again.
