Pleased it’s back !!
I thoroughly enjoy listening to runpod & initially listened to them on my long commute to work. I used to always want music on for my runs however I’ve now found that listening to podcast interviews really motivates me, especially when I hear Jenni ask her guest “so what would you say to someone who’s out running right now?” I’m usually starting to gasp on my run by this point!! I had listened to all the available episodes & reluctantly searched for alternatives whilst waiting for its return. In doing so, it actually emphasised to me, just how good Jenni is at interviewing her guests. When I listened to some other podcasts I thought the interviewer sometimes sounded awkward or didn’t word their question well. However Jenni has a relaxed easy style and clearly puts her guests at ease, as they share their stories the whole conversation just flows. Sometimes her guest may not be a name I immediately recognise but by the end of the episode I feel I’ve gained a real insight into them & have enjoyed hearing who they are & what they’ve achieved. Great job & please carry on with these as I’ve now got my place confirmed at LLHM 2020 so need the company of runpod to get me through my training!!

I loved listening to this podcast with Peter Andre. It was refreshing to hear that he was happy running shorter distances. I also enjoyed the fact that he shared how his running journey started and also how he inspired his brother on the treadmill!

What I love about this podcast is the fact that Jenni comes across so normal. She faces the same challenges that I do and talks honestly and openly.
