Great podcast but...
I do love this podcast in general but as a new runner it’s sometimes dispiriting to have guests talking about their running times as if we’re all in competition with elite runners. At the beginning of the episode with Natalie Anderson she was quite disparaging about doing 5k in 35 minutes which is probably slow for a lot of people but everyone has different times and it can really zap your motivation to hear someone being so dismissive about a particular time. Please can we concentrate on people being active and getting out there to run without the judgement about speed or distance!
