Best when it’s not d-list soap actors or radio colleagues
I appreciate when putting out a weekly show there will always be a need for filler episodes or quick-to-find guests, but unfortunately a random soap friend or colleague of Jenni’s have become all too frequent. The best episodes of this have always been people with a fascinating story to tell, the athletes, or regular people overcoming the obstacles in their lives. Hearing yet another Northern soap actor discussing running around Manchester, Leeds etc or an identikit conversation with a DJ about juggling running and early starts gets old very quickly. Basically if every episode could be like the Sophie Raworth or Jake Tyler ones, that’d be great

I loved listening to this podcast with Peter Andre. It was refreshing to hear that he was happy running shorter distances. I also enjoyed the fact that he shared how his running journey started and also how he inspired his brother on the treadmill!
