I'm an avid powerlifter currently finishing my Masters in Exercise Physiology at UWindsor and am going to New England for Osteopathic Medicine. Raw fitness science with no gimmicks or BS. nice perk to have a fitness podcast from people so well versed in anatomy and physiology. From a powerlifting standpoint it is great to have a host who also lifts in the same manner as opposed to the general fitness style podcasts already available.
