“Stumbled upon this podcast while looking for sailing audio and I am glad I did. I have listened to over 100 episodes in the last month or so. The buttery tones of Franz's voice are easy to listen to and he leads the podcast with or without an interviewed guest quite well. I enjoy the updates we get on daily life as well, makes the listener feel as though a friend is talking. I would personally love the sailing talk to be opened up more often to 'the beyond' as I am sure there are many excellent stories to be heard about sailing elsewhere other than the Med. I have also started listening to the first audio course that is offered by Franz, Learn to sail ASA 101 and I find it very useful to visualize though his stories. I have never been on a sail boat before, but am quite familiar with power boats. The more I listen, the more I.... MUST..... SAIL! Keep up the podcast Franz, and don't be afraid to let the interviews go much longer. Sometimes at the end I feel like it should have been only halfway, feed me stories.”Read full review »
