The Inquiry Sessions - Sacred Pilgrimage with Simon Keenan
Listen now
Description
Join us as we continue with The Inquiry Sessions. In this episode, Sattva Master Teacher Simon Keenan converses with Anand, exploring the art of sacred pilgrimage. Simon has lived on the famous pilgrimage path, the Camino de Santiago, serving for 10 years. There he has accompanied and shared the Sattva teachings with pilgrims on their journeys. Anand brings light to the aspect of synchronicity which is often amplified and more commonly experienced on sacred pilgrimage. Whilst in the context of seeking God, Anand explores the difference between believing in God and experiencing God.One of the biggest challenges pilgrims face is returning home and integrating their experiences. In a deep sharing, Anand explains the importance of taking time to transition mindfully and of how to keep the learnings alive, especially when one has journeyed through a transformational, enlivening experience. This is also one of the key focuses of Simon's project, Wisdom of the Way (@wisdomoftheway_).This is a unique and beautiful opportunity to deepen one's understanding of pilgrimage as a journey through life, where the big outer journeys really become the vehicles for the big inner journey. We are encouraged to step into the unknown, to accept the invitations and to meet the challenges which take us to new places within. For more wisdom, knowledge and integrative teachings visit : www.sattvaconnect.com (http://www.sattvaconnect.com) sattvayogaacademy.com (http://sattvayogaacademy.com)www.instagram.com/theanandmehrotra/ (http://www.instagram.com/theanandmehrotra/)#caminodesantiago #AnandMehrotra  #pilgrimage #veda #synchronicity #upanishads   #self-realisation   #awakening   #wisdom   #consciousness   #mind   #intelligence   #growth   #sattvayogaacademy  #sattvaconnect  #knowledge   #yoga
