“I was given this podcast as a recommendation from my doctor’s medical assistant funnily enough while we were doing a check up last week. The rate at which this story is told, the care and effort to contrast the Internet life to the reality it’s running parallel to, as well as the interviews being brilliantly curated to support the timeline without coming across as too contrived makes this one of the best FID podcasts/media pieces I’ve come across in many years.
As a member of the chronic illness community, the massive uptick in factitious disorder by Internet is both alarmingly and intriguing. Thank you for navigating this complex and emotionally charged subject, and for taking all the loose threads and making them into a complete tapestry.”
