Developing a reflective practice
This is has been a great tool to support my development in adapting my practice. I have been listening to the podcast and using toolkit to reflect on my lessons. This is incredibly useful and have already seen an improvement in myself as a teacher.

What a great resource!!!!!! This is my actually my first podcast ever and certainly won’t be my last. I will be recommending these to my Head Teacher as soon as I get to work as a CPD resource for the staff in our setting.

As a teacher, SENDCo and parent of a special needs child, listening to these podcasts has been invaluable. It is great for SEND to have a voice and be represented in a positive and informative way. I often share these podcasts with the teachers in my school.
