“Science...Sort of is quicly moving to the top of my most eagerly awaited podcasts each week. The hosts are really amusing, have a great banter back and forth with each other. It's also really nice to see some other scientists out there having FUN with science, not just doing it for a living. Plus, this podcast honors the long and storied tradition of scientists everywhere of sharing stories and amusing research anectdotes over a fermented or distilled beverage.
Pretty much the only thing I can say that would improve it is the addition of more variety in the hosts. There's the astronomy/physics guy, the marine biologist guy(s?), the hardcore physiscist/mathematician canadian guy with way too much free time and whimsy, and a newly added engineer guy. I think a chemist and a microbiologist would be welcome addition. If this show ever combined with the crew of TwiV there'd be an awesomeness singularity that would destory the universe.”Read full review »
