“I am not a science-y person. I just don't have the science-mind to remember and catagorize facts. The Paleopals, however, present science news in a format that is both informative and entertaining. Interesting stories and funny hosts - they call themselves paleopals for crying out loud - make this an al laround solid podcast. I enjoyed the interactivity of their website as well, an online poll asking if Superman is photosynthetic or photovoltaic really shows their commitment to making science interesting to a diverse audience. I actually didn't know there was a difference (or that photovoltaic was a word), but I listened to them discuss it, I looked it up myself, then I had a friend explain it to me really slowly, and I learned something. Alright, I forget the difference now; but I had fun listening to them argue about it, and my ignorance did not prohibit me from voting.
