The episodes presented by Philip Ball are excellent. Easy to listen to, engaging and informative. The episodes present by Naomi Alderman are unbearable. They are presented in the style of a twee children’s bedtime story. After multiple attempts I have never got to the end of one of her episodes.

Very interesting and unusual choice of content, but why oh why do we have to endure the cutesy girlie inflections of the presenter? We ARE well into the 21st century now!
