“I could only stomach one episode. There is no actual science used here. The "experts" give at best studies that show only correlation, not cause and effect, at worst their best guess extrapolations (which usually start with an assumption of cause and effect based on studies that can only show correlation). This kind of "science" is the main cause of the obesity, diabetes, and heart disease epidemics that have plagued the U.S. For the last 30+ years. The information presented is no more scientifically valid or useful than what you can find on your local evening news, by which I mean it is useless at best.”Read full review »
