“Scott Sigler is by far one of the best finds I have had in recent years. Seemingly coming from no where he has exploded onto the scene with four amazing free podcast novels! Earthcore (first), Ancestor (second), Infection (third), and now the Rookie. Scott's production quality has sky rocketed with each novel. The Rookie is filled with guest parts, sound effects, and even alien voices. Don't let the fact that this is about football turn of you off. I hated football, but Scott's story and enthusiasm for the game along with a believable and well constructed universe actually have made me think twice about it. Heck I'm even thinking of going to go see a few AFL games this season. One of my favorite authors of my life time.”Read full review »
