Usually excellent
The content seems to vary depnding on what's happening in Scottish football at the time. The game reviews and interviews with players are generally pretty boring and filled with the usual cliches and rhetorical questions. However, fortunately its usually limited. It's at its best when footballing topics are discussed with articulate presenters (Jim Spence - fantastic!, and Richard Gordon, almost as good) and guests (Tony Higgins and Craig Paterson are regulars and particuarly good). The newspaper hacks are usually pretty good too. Then there's 'Off The Ball'. This is probably the jewel in the crown and it is still consistently funny. For those of you non-Scots, don't be fooled by the heavy accents and Scottish colloquialisms, the two presenters (Stuart Cosgrove and Tam Cowen) are as sharp-witted and articulate as they come. Top class (unlike Scottish football which isn't!). Only major criticism - normally too short at about 20 minutes.Read full review »

Was a great source of entertainment and knowledge, especially loved it when off the ball was put on. Hopefully it will...Read full review »
