The only reason I'm not a fanboy of this podcast is
...I'm too old to be considered a boy. But I am a total fan. And I do wish something like this was around when I was younger. This podcast is everything I had hoped film school would be, but wasn't for me. It's everything I'd hoped the WGA would be, but wasn't for me. Here, you have two guys who clearly know The Business and who aren't threatened or defensive or delusional about it and/or their place within it. Their discussions are clear-minded and honest about writing and the writer's responsibilities to his/her craft, self, family, art, audience, etc. I would recommend this podcast to any writer - not just screenwriters - since the insights and experiences conveyed by John and Craig are relevant across the board.Read full review »

An informative, entertaining podcast. John and Craig are the real deal. No books to sell, no seminars to push, just two professional screenwriters who graciously donate their time and effort to pass on their experience in the craft of screenwriting. Thanks, guys!
