“A long time fan of the pod, first with Stefan, Martyn(my hero) and their biscuits while living in Sydney and I got very misty eyed when the Nicky and Gareth duo rolled out of Japan as I was with you every day and even made it to the Wales v Australia game complete with all your tips. New format with the addition of Lauren is strong, with an informed take on all things Welsh rugby , Nicky always insightful and Gareth keeping it all on track with the right questions and a great accompaniment to my lockdown walks in Esher. For next season just wish there was a bit more rugby content post the big Wales games and less in-media jokes and workings of the BBC/S4C-How about getting Martyn back for an interview now he is team manager?-cakes and biscuits maybe required! -keep up the great work, a real lockdown lifeline for so many, not just in Wales but abroad Diolch WineTaff”
