Chum V were doing so well, then they invited Mr Walrus on, offering his seal of approval to anything and everything inane and thuggish. Such a real shame that Wales thinks so little of itself that they continue to promote beer drinking and thuggery rather than substance.

Big fan of the show and love the new episodes this season. However, GRO, you’re superb in most areas but please stop coaching Cuthbert - it’s coming across as patronising and demeaning.

If you are going to spend half the Dan Biggar talking about a controversial moment in the Argentina game at least say what the f…ing moment was at some point!! I assume it was Biggar having a go at Adams I think it was, but really poor journalism!

Great podcast. Great combination of hosts. As a Welshman who no longer lives in Wales, your team give me the rugby talk that I can no longer get in the pub on the weekend!! Keep it up!!

Have to listen to this as my only Welsh rugby fix, but Gareth Rhys Owen doesn’t half talk some garbage and ask some stupid questions. “So, Will Rowlands, can you just elaborate on what it means to ‘plant your feet in the tackle’.

Great insight and interviews. Are you going round all the regions for similar. Welcome back from the World Cup. Your coverage there was very good and really enjoyed the pod to camera on iPlayer as well. Cheers.

I must say I was very impressed by Rhys Patchell in this episode. He’s a personable, articulate and intelligent man. Leigh’s personality and articulation manifests itself exclusively on the rugby field, where he is peerless. On a radio podcast, however, he is the antithesis of articulation-...Read full review »

Always a good listen but the extra episodes through the World Cup have been fantastic

Great discussion post Wales’ hard fought and nail-biting victory over Fiji and great to hear my (X)/ [artist formerly known as Twitter] mentioned. Agree wholeheartedly with Nicky that whilst there is lots of noise about the referee, in a game that good he should take a good deal of credit for...Read full review »

Possibly the most vanilla rugby podcast out there. I only listen because I’m a rugby fan and Welsh to boot, but every time I listen, I wonder why I bothered. This is a pity, because it’s a BBC podcast, so they get access to players, etc. that are unavailable to rugby podcasts run by amateurs....Read full review »

Love the pod, but the introduction of the journalist working for the daily Mail has made me want to switch off.

Why has this week your podcast stopped being downloadable from outside the Uk ? You do know there are Welsh rugby fans that live overseas ?

Great to see the pod land this lengthy interview with Warren and Nigel. I thought Gareth challenged well and managed to avoid the fawning sycophancy that some can fall in to with national coaches. He got answers on a few of the particular details that have been bothering fans over the last four...Read full review »

Lauren and GRO can be a bit pompous and condescending at times. And I have to laugh at the pretentious decision to get rid of the distinctive “Good podcast!” intro. It’s like when Dos Equis got rid of the popular “Most Interesting Man in the World” character because of some nebulous belief among...Read full review »

Another excellent podcast. The only way we get to find out what is going on in Welsh rugby on a weekly basis. Look forward to it every week. Hopefully there will be some sort of clarity on how Wales move forward as we clearly cannot continue like this very sad time.

I for one would like to see Scott Robinson replace Mr Pivac immediately! But equally desirable is a change of attack coach. Is Mike Cat available? Stephen Jones is just not good enough imo and possibly a bit complacent/comfortable in the job. Discuss.

Got to agree 100% with Lauren - time to ditch the cringe-inducing “Good podcast, by the way” clip. Have belief in the fact that it is a good podcast. The clip at the start of the intro suggests that you are not confident in the merits of your own work. Get rid of the clip.

Just want to say that this season I have really enjoyed the line up of Gareth, Nicky and Lauren as presenters. All different, obviously, but in a complementary way. A nice mix.

Now that the WRU has actually recognised the problem I hope that the (otherwise) excellent ScrumV will give it some serious attention. I suspect that you are all unaware because you all sit in the Press Section not the Stands. For several years loutish drunken behaviour has been ruining the...Read full review »

Please, please, PLEASE remove the tedious UFC v URC segment. It’s never added anything and takes away from an otherwise brilliant pod

Started listening to the podcast at the start of the 2019 rugby World Cup in Japan. As a Saffer the builder and post match analysis of the semi final was thrilling. Probably the best podcast if you want to follow the new championship, the URC. Only one request, please change the theme song back...Read full review »

I found the series around the ‘74 Lions tour to South Africa interesting and informative. It was really enjoyable listening as well as being thought provoking. Well done to all involved.

Very well put together, thought provoking, engaging and extremely well balanced - well from my perspective anyway, as a white 40 something who grew up in South Wales, have read and watched a fair bit about the 74 lions and have travelled and worked their quite a bit. Really enjoying the Lions of ‘74 series. Gareth Rhys Owen has an excellent voice for such podcasts, could literally listen for hours 👍🏻

Brilliant episode on a controversial and shameful part of rugby’s history. Looking forward to the next two episodes particularly I’d the players who toured in the 70s & 80s can acknowledge their errors like John Taylor, Gerald Davies and Ray Gravel...

A long time fan of the pod, first with Stefan, Martyn(my hero) and their biscuits while living in Sydney and I got very misty eyed when the Nicky and Gareth duo rolled out of Japan as I was with you every day and even made it to the Wales v Australia game complete with all your tips. As an exile living in Birmingham the podcast is great weekly fix, keeping me up to date with all that is Welsh rugby. Taken me a while to get used to Gareth & Nicky but there now. Always fantastic interviews! Ironically I absolutely hate the review section. Complete waste of time! V

I’ve been an avid listener during the past year. Really enjoyed the banter and the guests. Would be good to try and find a way of highlighting North Wales connections to bring an all Wales feel. Just ask George North, Robin McBryde, Johnny Williams to talk of their links. Thanks Molly,...Read full review »

So great to hear from Rob Howley - heartfelt welcome back. Really wish him well at Canada - though obviously not in the game against Wales. Provided some great insight into Welsh and Lions rugby. Brilliant interview. “Great podcast by the way”
