Very informed rational presentation
Of Buddhist techniques and theories. I started in the middle of the episodes last summer when seeking relief from a very stressful situation. I’ve since started w episode 1. I highly recommend this podcast. He touches on so much more than Buddhism including self construction through social and cultural contexts. You’ll find yourself ‘lifting the veil’ over and again. His style and presentation are remarkable.

Noah Rasheta is so nuturing and accepting. He offers Buddhist wisdom as it has been revealed in his life and he does so with such an oppenness to wherever his listeners may be coming from. I love his clear illustrations, humility, and the hope that his message brings to me.

This podcast has many nuggets of wisdom. I also highly recommend his 6 part series on Youtube and his book Secular Buddhism.
