thought provoking, calming, and accessible to all
i have been using post modern thanking actively in my life for several years to feel and understand my emotions more skilfully. I have really connected with the ideas Noah speaks about in ever single episode and I find it especially powerful when he conveys them using accessible language, stories, and personal anecdotes. Noah does an exceptional job at giving you the tools or reassuring your own to help you become a “better whatever you already are.”

More reviews of Secular Buddhism
