“This is a favorite of mine. I do a lot of commuting and this podcast gets listened to more often than any other. My 10 year old son is also a huge fan of this podcast. He refers to the host, Trace, as "that funny guy."
Trace explains the material in a way that keeps you interested, and he also throws in just enough humor to keep it light.
* Side note for parents:
I am still on older episodes, but so far most of the material is pretty kid friendly; however, there is the occasional swear bomb or something of that nature.
I don't know how other parents are, but with me, I just initially screen the title and description of the episodes before playing one.
If there happens to be a random swear bomb or something of that nature, I just throw my son a warning look that says "don't you dare repeat that later"; he nods his compliance and we move on- nothing major though.
