Self-Helpless is my new self-help
Taylor, Kelsey, and Delanie: Thank you for making me laugh and feel connected at a point in my life when I felt totally disconnected from everything, including myself. Your Podcast was recommended to me by my best friend (also named Kelsey) after I opened up to her about being depressed, going back on anxiety meds after being off of them for 3 years, and for starting therapy with a new therapist. Usually yoga helps, but my studio where I had practiced for 3 years recently went out of business. I live in a rural part of Ohio where yoga studios aren’t exactly on every corner, so I have been struggling for months to find a new place/instructor that feeds my soul, especially because I was mostly doing aerial yoga which does not exist anywhere else in my area. While listening to your Podcast, I decided to drive to a studio 40 mins away from my house, which I previously didn’t want to do because I hate driving that freaking far after getting home from work. But on my drive, I basically hung out with you guys which made the drive so enjoyable, AND I ended up loving the new studio. Because of this Podcast, I have gotten better. Listening to you is so therapeutic and the extra motivator needed to go to a new studio. After spending 3 months of feeling this awful, suffocating depression, my nights of listening to you and going to yoga have begun to fill me with energy and joy. Have any of you tried yoga (any type of practice)? I would love if you guys did an episode on yoga as a means of self-help. 🙏 😘

Literally spit my drink out in the middle of traffic, and almost rear ended someone. Worth it. This podcast is hilarious.

I listen to this podcast at work and it makes the day fly by! Sometimes I end up laughing out loud which welcomes awkward stares from my co-workers 😂. That's not enough to make me stop listening though! Love it! 👏🏼👏🏼Read full review »

I found Delanie, Kelsey, and Taylor separately on YouTube and enjoyed their comedy. Then I find out they are friends and are starting a podcast. Spoiler...it's great. They talk about things I think all people get into in some manner but feel hesitant to talk about...self help. All this...Read full review »
