I love this awesome podcast ❤️
I was very resistant to this show in the beginning! Not only have I never been attracted to the world of self help, but this show contributed to the end of Cook’d (F you Monty and your butter triangles). Eventually, I decided to give this show a try and I am SO glad I did! Kelsey, Taylor and Delanie are hilarious and have excellent chemistry. No matter what subject they always different combinations of both contrasting and complimentary views and experiences. Unlike most podcasts I have listened to their conversations are never dull and very rarely repetitive. On top of that they have actually gotten me interested in this whole self help thing! I have even started implementing some of the self help ideas and theories they have discussed. Although I will likely never forgive them for planting the ideas of feng shui or the bristol chart in my head, I will also never stop listening. Overall this show is hilarious, thought provoking, and a great addition to anyone’s podcast line up.

Wish it was a longer show....Read full review »

I just binged them all and can not wait for more! P.S. I got to work with Taylor in Arkansas and I’ve totally stayed in that...Read full review »

I love the idea of this podcast and these ladies are very fun to listen to. One minor criticism I have is I sometimes feel lost because I haven't read or watched the thing they're talking about before I listen to the episode. I think it would be cool to maybe have a book club type of...Read full review »
