Great Information, delivered gently
The way I know this is a good and helpful podcast, is that days after listening I find myself calling to mind things I heard; the challenge to accept as a possibility the thing you fear most could happen-and to acknowledge, in advance, the strengths you have to handle it, the idea that Rxs are like a rope thrown in a well, and the doctor's willingness to share her own challenges without ever making it "about her."
