Extremely helpful and relatable
I am only a few episodes into this podcast series, but I am finding it a godsend. I have engaged in counseling many times throughout my life, and recently made the decision to return to therapy. Dr. Margret is direct, caring, empathetic, often humorous, and delivers concise, useful information that is understandable and easy to apply. The podcasts are brief and insightful, perfect length for my commute to work or during a workout. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to begin or continue working on yourself and your quality of life.

I am a young therapist in my first job! I love this podcast and find it helpful personally and professionally. Just listening helps me to remember to do my own work in my spare time to be more effective with my clients. Thanks Dr. Margaret!
