“I started listening to this podcast when I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder & anxiety. I love that Dr.Rurherford brings up topics that seem so simple but are so incredibly relatable! It really gets me thinking and I also find the information she relays extremely helpful and interesting. Even if you’re not struggling with a mental illness, this is a great podcast to fulfill that self care goal! Only 20 minutes! I mean, I have no problem staying engaged and it’s the perfect amount to touch on each subject. In my opinion, she also conveys a great sense of being supportive & you can feel it through each podcast. I love this podcast & definitely encourage others to give it a listen!”
