I listen every day
I found Dr. Margaret's podcasts a couple of months ago and have been listening (and re-listening) to the podcasts daily. I am someone who has all the characteristics of perfectly hidden depression and these podcasts have truly helped me cope and understand things that are going on in my life. I have also emailed Dr. Margaret a few times and even though I don't know her personally, I feel that she is the only person who really understands me. Recently, I shared one of the Self Work podcasts with a friend to begin the process of revealing myself and this is honestly the best way to start that conversation, without me struggling to find the right words to say what I'm dealing with and how I feel. Thank you so much, Dr. Margaret. Please continue with your podcasts and your research on PHD.Read full review »
