On the run
I got into this podcast when Sentimental in the City came out. I was trying to get into running and loved the podcast so much that I would only allow myself to listen to it when I had to go for a run. After a while I was buzzing for my runs so that I was allowed to listen. I would laugh all the way around the park as I listened and at some point I didn’t even notice I was running anymore. That was 2 years 2.5 years ago and I’ve been running ever since. Your commentary on pop culture and social observations is genius, spot on and hilarious! Today as I head out for my run I saw a new episode was out, the title, ‘While you were sleeping’….. where else am I going to find an hour long deep dive that I didn’t even know I wanted into an incredibly obscure 1995 movie that probably less than 1% of the population has seen and yet I’ve seen it 3-4 times and it feels like a Christmas movie to me. This podcast always gives me an hour of chat that I wasn’t expecting but am always glad for ❤️ ps I wept at your wedding episode

This is so brilliant. Enjoying it so much; I found SATC at the same age and just having all the nostalgia feels. (And I love the Russian too...)

This podcast has already become one where I eagerly await each new episode. Women who are unashamed fans of chick lit providing a critical analysis of specific books - all of which in the first few episodes have been personal favourites - this podcast is absolutely my cup of tea.
