“So well done, factual, verbatim testimony from the grand jury means that the facts can't be disputed, first person interviews from clinic workers, investigators the DA's office. Shocking and pertinent to both sides of the argument. Why weren't these clinics inspected? Why weren't qualifications verified for a medical procedure. Why was this allowed to go on for decades? How many other women died that we don't know about? What other regions don't inspect abortion clinics? Why weren't suspicious deaths investigated? “I read the book when it was first released, and was mightily - and rightly - horrified. The final chapter on how Gosnell twisted the Bible to mean something truly nausea-inducing is chillingly grotesque in light of what it inspired.
