I have really enjoyed the first couple episodes of this podcast. Exploring the history of black food ways is needed and interesting. I specifically enjoyed the 3rd episode about the resurgence of black farming and to hear more about the farms and educational imitatives that are happening.

In just the first episode I have already learned a lot. This show is easy to follow, clear and concise, while conveying the complexity of BBQ. Beautifully produced, great musical theme. Highly recommend it!
