“I came across this podcast at a time when I had become resentful toward my husband, always giving him sex out of a sense of duty, but never actually enjoying it myself. I was brutally honest with him one day and told him I hated having sex. Then I started listening to these ladies and felt like they were the mentors I wish I had. I learned that my low sex drive during the pregnancy and the young children years is perfectly normal and there are some simple things you can do to help. These ladies are refreshingly practical, and I love that they don't all agree, so you get several different takes on each issue, rather than being fed just one "orthodox" way of seeing everything, as so many Christian resources offer. They laugh a lot, and I find myself laughing along with them. I also love that they all have two or more decades more wisdom than I do, so there is a more well-rounded perspective than my peers can offer. As for our sex life, it has taken a turn for the better!
