“Perhaps they are trying to make sexuality funny but I cringe whenever I hear, in my opinion, them laughing AT the people kind enough to contact them with questions. A couple having trouble with too much female ejaculation isn't something to laugh at nor are their questions about possible solutions! If they knew the gland can't be suurgically removed, they wouldn't have asked and it's mean and unprofessional to laugh at them! There are better, more respectful sex advice podcasts out there.
