How (not) to help !!!
Podcast rage here . Episode 3 - please consider retracting your (uninformed) remarks about trauma informed care !!!! It does not involve a rejection of the diagnosis of BPD. A critical approach to our work in this field is DBT (Linehan., 2015) - developed specifically to work with people living with BPD - a core ethos in our trauma informed work informed by this model is that “validation means the acknowledgment of what is valid - it does not mean making valid nor does it mean validating that which is invalid “ p.88. The absolute opposite of what you presented ! The perspectives you aired just went to show the workers you interviewed were ill informed and inappropriately trained - not doing your position much good ??

Detailed description of this case. Not sure why people gave it bad reviews. Worth listening to.
